Empirical x Doritos Nacho Cheese is exactly what it sounds like, and it is real. Empirical, the boundary-pushing Copenhagen spirits company founded by Noma alumni, teamed up with Doritos to distill the flavor of Nacho Cheese chips into a spirit. Actual Doritos are macerated in Empirical's koji-based barley spirit and distilled at low temperature under vacuum, a technique that captures delicate flavors that ordinary hot distillation destroys. Bottled at 42% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The result is bold and full-bodied: the unmistakable savory, cheesy, corn-chip aroma of Doritos, a toasted corn sweetness and a salty, umami finish, in a clear spirit. Sip it neat for the full effect, use it in a Bloody Mary or a savory martini, or pour it for friends as the ultimate conversation piece. A limited-release collector's bottle for the adventurous.Buy Empirical x Doritos Nacho Cheese Spirit online with fast shipping right to your door.
